Chicken Pot Pie

This creamy chicken pot pie casserole is the ultimate comfort food. Packed with tender chicken, veggies, and a buttery crust, this baked casserole dish will quickly become a family favorite!

INGREDIENTS

Rotisserie Chicken Frozen Mixed Vegetables  Cream Of Celery Soup Cream Of Chicken Soup  Garlic Cloves | Chicken Broth Cornstarch | Salt | Pepper  Self Rising Flour | Whole Milk Salted Butter

Preheat the oven to 400˚. Shred the chicken into bite size pieces. Evenly place the chicken at the bottom of the pan. Cook the frozen vegetables according to package instructions. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the vegetables and spread over the chicken. Whisk together cornstarch and chicken broth and set aside. Add cream of celery, cream of chicken, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Add in chicken broth mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables and spread evenly. For the crust, combine flour, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Slowly pour the dough over the pot pie filling. 

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until golden brown.  When done, remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
