Combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Next pour in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract and mix well until a dough forms.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fold in the cranberries, then roll the dough into balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Flatten and shape them into round discs.

Lightly press any extra cranberries into the tops. Bake for 8-10 minutes, rotating the cookie sheet at the halfway point.
