Cut the beef across the grain into slices. Mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, pineapple juice, ginger, and sesame seeds. Add the beef and marinade to a bag and mix until meat is covered completely.
Allow the beef to marinate in a fridge for 12-24 hours. Drain and throw out the marinade. Add the beef to the wire rack of the dehydrator.
Close the door and begin dehydrating at 165°F for 4-6 hours. When checking to see if its done remove a piece and allow to cool. When bent, it should slightly crack, but not break. Allow to cool then feel free to serve and enjoy!
