QUICK AND EASY SMOKED

cHICKEN BREASTS

Juicy and flavorful, this smoked chicken breast is quick and easy to make! Using a simple chicken dry rub that enhances the smoky flavor, this one will become your "go-to" favorite recipe. It's perfect for a family dinner or any backyard BBQ!

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast | Olive Oil Light Brown Sugar | Salt Smoked Paprika | Garlic Powder Dried Oregano | Onion Powder Dried Thyme | Black Pepper White Pepper | Cajun Seasoning

Preheat the smoker to 225˚. Prepare the rub. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Generously cover each piece of chicken with the dry rub. Make sure the whole piece is completely covered. 

When the smoker has preheated, put the chicken on the grates. Insert a digital thermometer into the center of the chicken breast. 

When the internal temperature reaches 165˚, remove from the smoker and allow them to rest for 3-5 minutes. Slice the smoked chicken breast into strips. Serve immediately!
