- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon clove
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pie shell
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a small bowl using a spoon, mix together sugars, spices and salt.
In a large bowl using an spoon, mix together eggs and pumpkin puree. Set aside.
Add the sugar mixture from the small bowl into the larger bowl and stir with a spoon until smooth.
Slowly pour in sweet condensed milk and stir with a spoon until well mixed.
Pour pie mixture into pie shell and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375° and bake another 45 minutes until set.
Cool completely on a wire rack. Super yummy with cool whip on top!
