Garlic Butter Lemon Shrimp

Absolutely the most flavorful and delicious garlic butter lemon shrimp recipe on the planet! Using only the simplest ingredients, this baked shrimp is ready to eat in 15 minutes!

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Melt the butter in a skillet.  Once the butter is melted, slice the lemon and lay on top of melted butter. 
  • Add the shrimp on top of the lemons. Sprinkle the entire Italian Seasoning packet on top. 
  • Lightly stir and then place in a 9X13 Pyrex dish uncovered and cook for 15 min. 
  • Remove the dish and let the shrimp rest for 5 minutes, and then serve.

Notes

  • Large peeled and deveined shrimp are best for this recipe.
  • If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • The shrimp sauce from this dish is delish! Pour it over a bed of rice, or pasta!
  • These baked shrimp with lemon is also really tasty over a bed of lettuce. It's makes for the perfect salad!
