Apple Cinnamon Cake

With all the wonderful fall flavors, you're guaranteed to love this apple rum cake! Apples and pumpkin mixed with ground cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg topped with a creamy butter and spiced rum glaze, this is the best fall cake recipe!

KEY ingredients

Evaporated Milk | Flour Sugar | White Vinegar | Eggs Apple | Pumpkin Puree Shortening | Cinnamon Allspice | Cloves | Nutmeg Butter Rum Glaze Unsalted Butter | Spiced Rum Powdered Sugar 

Peel and grate the apples. Then mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the batter into a bundt cake mold, then bake for 55-60 minutes, or until done.

Melt the butter, and stir in the sugar and spiced rum. Whisk in water until you have a thick syrup. Slowly drizzle the butter rum glaze over the cooled cake.
