CROCK POT CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE

Ground Beef
Garlic Cloves
Mozzarella
Onion
Tomato Soup
White Rice
Diced Tomatoes
Cabbage
Brown the beef, onion, garlic & seasonings over medium heat. Add tomato sauce, water, tomato soup and rice.
INSTRUCTIONS
Layer ½ of the meat mixture and ½ of the cabbage in the slow cooker. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tomato soup.
Cook on low 4-6 hours. Once done, turn Crock Pot off, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Wait 10 minutes until melted.
Serve & enjoy!

DON'T OVERCOOK
BROWN RICE
GROUND BEEF
Unless you want mushy cabbage - aim for around 5 hours in the crock pot.
Swap out white rice for brown if you wish but on't use cauliflower rice as it will turn to mush.
I prefer 96% lean ground beef for this recipe.
