INSTRUCTIONS

Add cornflakes to a ziplock bag then crush with a rolling pin to resemble breadcrumbs.

Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, parmesan and almonds to the breadcrumb mix. Add lime zest then stir until combined.

Whisk fresh lime juice and with two eggs.

Grab a chicken tender with a fork or tongs. Firstly, roll it in chickpea flour. Next, dip it in the egg and lime juice mixture. Finally, roll it in the cornflake crumb mixture.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or air fry for 20 minutes. Serve when golden & crispy!

Oven baked chicken tenders are delish, but if you want more of a crunch, use the air fryer!
