Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cut the green beans into bite sized pieces. Rinse the green beans and mushrooms in a colander.
Remove the excess moisture from the mushrooms and green beans by laying them on paper towels. Put the vegetables into a bag and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Shake the bag until everything is lightly coated.
Put the mixture into a dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese. Serve warm!
