Grilled Shrimp Skewers 

Your summer grilling plans couldn't be easier or more delicious with these grilled shrimp skewers and summer herb sauce on the menu. Serve on a bed of your favorite rice with a side salad and you have yourself the ultimate summer meal.

KEY ingredients

Jumbo Shrimp | Olive Oil Smoked Paprika | Salt | Pepper

Summer Herb Sauce Garlic | Lemon | Basil Parsley | Parmesan | Chives Greek Yogurt | Tarragon Olive Oil | Crushed Red Pepper

Chop garlic and lemon juice finely in a food processor. Add the herbs, grated Parmesan, crushed red pepper and Greek yogurt. Slowly stream in some olive oil and add salt to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper until well coated. Now thread onto a skewer from the tail through the head area to keep it secure.

Place the shrimp skewers on hot grill grates and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. The shrimp are finished when they're no longer opaque. Serve over a bed of rice with the sauce on the side.
