    Ingredients You'll Need

    Here's all you'll need to make this delicious Garlic Butter Lemon Shrimp. You're going to need 30 shrimp that have been deveined. You can use fresh or frozen shrimp, but fresh is best. You can find the Italian Marinade Mix at your local grocery store or on amazon.

    While there is no garlic in this recipe, the flavor from the Italian marinade mixed with the lemon and butter gives this shrimp the slightest hint of garlic that you can taste in every bite!

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Start off by melting a stick of butter on the stove top in an oven safe dish.

    Once the butter has melted, slice the lemon and lay on top of the melted butter.

    From there, add the shrimp on top of the lemon slices and then sprinkle the Italian marinade mix on top.

    Gently combine the ingredients and then place the oven safe dish uncovered in the oven at 350. Bake for 15 min.

    Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Grab a fork and dig in!

    • Large peeled and deveined shrimp are best for this recipe.
    • If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.

    Ingredients

    • 8 Tablespoons salted butter (1 stick)
    • 30 shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 packet Italian Marinade and Seasoning Mix
    • 1 lemon

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350F
    • Melt the butter in a skillet.  Once the butter is melted, slice the lemon and lay on top of melted butter. 
    • Add the shrimp on top of the lemons. Sprinkle the entire Italian Seasoning packet on top. 
    • Lightly stir and then place in a 9X13 Pyrex dish uncovered and cook for 15 min. 
    • Remove the dish and let the shrimp rest for 5 minutes, and then serve.

      I make butter garlic shrimp quite often, however I've never thought of baking them before. I love how you bake them on top of the lemon slices and top them with seasonings. Delicious!
