MEATLOAF

This healthy meatloaf is easy to make and full of flavor! Made with lean meats, fresh vegetables, and whole grain rice, this is the absolute best healthy meatloaf recipe you'll ever eat!

INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil | Onion  Red Bell Pepper Green Bell Pepper Ground Turkey | Ground Beef Chunky Salsa | Egg | Salt Black Pepper | Garlic  Brown Rice

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut and deseed red and green peppers.  Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté chopped peppers until tender. 

VEGETABLES

Combine raw meat, salsa, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic in a large bowl.  Stir in the sautéed veggies, then add the cooked rice. 

COMBINE

Place the mixture in a loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.  Allow meatloaf to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. 

COOK MEATLOAF

If desired, top with additional salsa.  Slice and serve.  Enjoy!
