Kale | Leeks Olive Oil | Chicken Broth Salt | Pepper
Sauté the leeks in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Add kale to skillet and sauté until wilted. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow skillet to cool. Once cooled, pour mixture into a blender, blend until smooth.
Pour mixture back into a large pot and heat on stove for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
