Red Potatoes | Butter Flour | Milk | Salt Grated Cheddar Cheese
Peel and cut potatoes, then rinse and cover with water in a pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain and put the potatoes back in the pot.
In a separate pan, melt butter, flour, salt, and milk, whisking until combined. Increase heat and stir constantly until it starts to thicken. Add sauce to the pot of potatoes.
Turn down heat and add shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Serve immediately, topping with bacon, cheese, chives, and sour cream.
