Mix the canola oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and mustard. Place the steak in a gallon Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over the meat, mixing so it's covered thoroughly. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
If you prefer not to use plastic bags, you can place steak and marinade in a bowl and cover before refrigerating. The steak can also be baked, pan seared on the stove top, or even cooked in an air fryer.
