Preheat an oven to 400°F. Mix together the cooked chicken breast cubes, green chiles, black beans, corn, and softened cream cheese. Then set aside. Spread salsa evenly in the bottom of a prepared baking dish.
Add a layer of crushed tortilla chips. Spread the chicken mixture over the tortilla chips. Layer with the remaining salsa.
