Smoked Beef

SHORT RIBS 

Smoking beef ribs has never been so easy or delicious! Tender meat with a flavorful crust, these smoked beef short ribs are easy to prep and deliver.

INGREDIENTS

Light Brown Sugar | Smoked Paprika | Pepper | Salt | Chili Powder | Garlic Powder | Onion Powder | Ground Mustard | Corriander | Cayenne Pepper | Short Ribs | Apple Cider Vinegar | Water | BBQ Sauce

Preheat smoker to 250. In a spray bottle, combine apple cider vinegar and water. Set aside.  While the smoker is preheating put all the dry rub ingredients in a bowl and mix together. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the white membrane from the top of each rib.  Add dry rub to each side of each rib.  Place ribs directly on the grill grates bone side down. 

PREPARE

Insert the meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, and close the smoker lid.  After 3 hours spray each rib with the apple cider vinegar and water mixture.  Repeat every hour. 

SMOKE

The ribs are done when the thermometer reaches 205. Apply a layer of BBQ sauce to each rib.  Remove ribs from the smoker and rest for 5-7 minutes.  Serve and Enjoy.
