HAM
A delicious and flavorful spiral sliced smoked ham covered in a rich and creamy homemade cranberry honey butter. The perfect holiday ham that is smoked to perfection.
Boil cranberries, water, honey, and brown sugar in a pan. Mash the cranberries, reduce heat, and continue mixing. Move mixture to a bowl and allow to cool. Add butter and mix until well combined.
Divide butter and place half onto a large piece of parchment paper, the other half in a bowl. Roll the parchment paper into a log shape, tucking the edges under the mixture and twisting the ends. Place in refrigerator.
Apply remaining butter to the entire outside layer of the ham. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place ham directly on rack of preheated smoker.
Smoke for 2-3 hours, until internal temperature is 145°. Once removed from smoker, slice the chilled cranberry butter and place thin slices between each slice and allow to melt. Serve and enjoy!
