- 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspooon black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup salted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt ,and pepper.
In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter and buttermilk together with a whisk.
Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and mix with a spoon so all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour mixture in 9×5 inch loaf pan that has just the bottom sprayed or greased. Or, use a silicone loaf mold.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Allow to completely cool before removing from the pan. Store in refrigerator.
- If you're not gluten free, substitute the gluten free flour with a regular all purpose flour. Ingredient amounts will stay the same.
