Steak Roll Ups

These Asian Steak Roll Ups make the perfect appetizer, lunch or snack! They are so versatile, low in calories, high in protein and low carb! 

KEY ingredients

Sirloin | Olive Oil Asparagus Stalks | Carrots Garlic | Red Bell Pepper Zucchini | Sesame Seeds Cilantro | Salt | Pepper

Marinade Soy Sauce | Brown Sugar Garlic | Ginger | Sesame Oil

Whisk the marinade ingredients and separate into two bowls. Then saute garlic, asparagus, carrots, bell pepper and zucchini just until crisp-tender. Season to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut beef into thin pieces and brush with marinade. Then let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Top each slice with each vegetable, roll up and secure with a toothpick.

Brush with the leftover marinade and grill, seam-side down, until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Brush with set-aside marinade and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
