Mix cherries, diced apple, brown sugar, orange juice, zest, and cinnamon until combined.
Beat eggs, then mix in sugar, butter, vanilla and sour cream. Turn the mixer to low speed and slowly add in flour and salt.
Bake for 1 hour until the crust is completely done. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
