With Cucumber Salad

This easy pan seared salmon recipe is topped with a fresh cucumber based salad and takes less than 20 minutes to make from start to finish!

KEY ingredients

Boneless Salmon Fillets Olive Oil | Lime | Cucumber Red Onion | Cilantro Salt | Ground Pepper OPTIONAL Jalapeño Pepper

Remove the lime pith, finely dice, and lightly mash the lime. Then stir in the jalapeño, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and salt.

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat olive oil, season the salmon with a pinch of salt and fresh pepper, and sauté skin side down, until golden brown.

Flip the salmon and continue to cook until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Serve with a spoon of salsa over top.
