Heat oil in the air fryer basket. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Combine the mayo and mustard in a small bowl.
In a shallow bowl, mix the pecans, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley. Stir until well combined. Coat each tenderloin in mayo mixture.
Next, dip each tenderloin into the breadcrumb mixture to coat completely. Set aside. Preheat air fryer to 360° and place coated tenderloins in the basket.
Cook for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with dipping sauce of choice.
