Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place the mushroom caps on a prepared cookie sheet.
Mix chopped pre-cooked shrimp, spinach and chives with the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and shredded cheese.
Sprinkle the crushed croutons over the mushroom caps and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
