Eggs | Mayonnaise | Paprika Yellow Mustard | Salt Sweet Pickles | Pepper
Put the eggs into a pot and fill with water until it's 2 inches above the eggs. Bring water to the boil for 10 minutes on high heat. When done drain all the water but leave the eggs in the pot. Add ice to the pot and let the eggs soak for 10 minutes.
Shake the eggs around in the pot so that the shells crack. Once cracked you can easily peel them. Slice in half and remove the yolk into a bowl. Set aside the sliced eggs. Crumble the yolks, then add in mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet pickles.
Mix together until it's a creamy and smooth mixture. If it's still dry add more mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a spoonful of filling into the empty eggs. Garnish with paprika.
