Tofu Zoodles

with  SPICY PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Firm Tofu  Zucchini Noodles Peanut Butter  Sesame Oil | Tamari Apple Cider Vinegar Chili Paste | Honey | Garlic Fresh Ginger

Make peanut butter sauce by add ingredients to a large bowl, microwaving for 30 seconds, then mixing well until combined. 

PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

Heat a nonstick pan or wok. Add tofu and half peanut butter sauce. Sauté the tofu and the sauce in the pan until sauce evaporates and tofu caramelizes. 

SAUTÉ

Remove from pan and set aside.  Add zoodles to pan with peanut sauce. Toss and cook for 10-20 seconds.

COOK ZOODLES

Scoop zoodles into a bowl and top it with the tofu. Garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts, cilantro,  or lime wedges.  Enjoy!
