Juicy Lucy Burgers

This Juicy Lucy Burger is the most delicious hamburger recipe you'll ever eat! It's stuffed with bubbly, mouthwatering, smooth cheese that spills out from the middle when bitten into. This is my favorite way to cook a burger.

INGREDIENTS

Ground Beef | Garlic Powder Worcestershire Sauce | Bacon Onion Powder | Tomato | Onion American Cheese | Salt  Pepper | Burger Buns

OPTIONAL Mayonnaise | Dijon | Ketchup

In a large bowl, combine the spices and Worcestershire sauce with the ground beef and gently mix together by hand.

INSTRUCTIONS

Make a meatball about half the size of a baseball, then flatten it and shape into a circle. Form another, slightly smaller meatball.

Repeat until you have 12 patties. Then, place cheese on each of the larger patties. Place the smaller patties on top and fold the edge of the larger patty upward to create a seal.

Grill the burgers on each side for about 10 minutes. Once they begin to brown and develop a bit of char, they are ready to come off of the grill.

Spread the sauces on both sides of the bun and then put the stuffed burger on the bottom layer. Top with onion, tomato, ketchup, and lettuce. And don't forget about the delicious, crunchy bacon!
