Lemon Blueberry Bread is moist and loaded with fresh blueberries. This bread recipe is topped with a simple lemon glaze that tastes like blueberry cake! An easy lemon and blueberry loaf everyone will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

All-Purpose Flour | Blueberries Unsalted Butter | Baking Powder Vanilla Yogurt | Sugar | Eggs Lemon Zest | Salt

Lemon Glaze Powdered Sugar | Lemon Juice Heavy Whipping Cream

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Next, fold in the blueberries and lemon zest and toss to combine.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the yogurt and mix well.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to crush the blueberries. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
