Fire up the grill for this easy to make and incredibly flavorful grilled flank steak! Covered in a simple steak marinade and then grilled to perfection, this will quickly become the only steak recipe you make over and over again.

INGREDIENTS

Soy Sauce | Lime Juice | Olive Oil Yellow Onion | Garlic | Cumin Cilantro | Flank Steak | Corn  Avocado | Red Pepper  Green Pepper | Tomato  Red Onion | Smoked Paprika  Salt | Pepper | Cotija Cheese

Chop the red and green peppers, tomatoes, and red onion. Stir and cover in the fridge. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Let the meat marinade in a bag for a minimum of 2 hours. Start the grill and let it heat until it reaches 400.  Grill for 5-6 minutes on both sides. 

Once it has reached desired doneness, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain into thin slices. 

Spoon the Mexican corn salad on top of the sliced steak. Squeeze lime and add more cotija.
