Banana Bread

This Quinoa Banana Bread is a healthy banana bread that bakes up and results in the most amazing and moist quinoa flour banana loaf! It's going to wow your tastebuds!

KEY ingredients

Quinoa Flour | Flaxseed Meal Bananas | Baking Soda Baking Powder | Eggs Honey | Vanilla Extract | Salt

Place all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together until well combined.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and add the eggs, honey, and vanilla. Mix on low speed for about 2 minutes until well combined. 

Mix the banana mixture with the dry ingredients until well combined and pour into a prepared bread loaf pan. Bake for 27-30 minutes until done.
